Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of magicseatscout.com and the Magic Seat Scout alert service (the "Service"). By creating an alert or an account, you agree to them.

What the Service does

Magic Seat Scout monitors publicly available dining and activity availability at Walt Disney World and notifies you by email and, if you opt in, by SMS when availability matching your alert appears. We provide notifications only. We do not make, hold, transfer, or sell reservations, and we have no control over whether a reservation is still available when you follow a link.

No affiliation with Disney

Magic Seat Scout is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, or their affiliates. All reservations are made by you, on Disney's website, under Disney's terms, with your own Disney account.

No guarantee of availability

Reservations open and close quickly and other guests may book an opening before you do. We do not guarantee that any alert will result in a reservation, that we will detect every opening, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Disney may change its systems at any time in ways that affect our ability to monitor availability.

Payments and refunds

• Single alerts are a one-time charge and are active until the last date in the alert passes.
• Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Because the Service begins monitoring immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. If the Service was unable to monitor your alert for a significant period, contact support and we will make it right.

Text messages

If you opt in to SMS alerts you agree to receive automated text messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase; alerts are also delivered by email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell alerts, use the Service to hold reservations for resale, share your account, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Seat Scout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed reservation, trip cost, or disappointment arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the Service. We will post changes here and update the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
